So we have a textfile with all of crymod.com threads and posts from way back when. - Since there is endless repetition in there and tons of noise we have decided to push the essence into this thread and that way maybe turn the heap into a structured info archive later.

Just place
the new object somewhere in the level. It
doesn´t matter where. With the new object
selected, hold down SHIFT and CTRL and left
click on the terrain where you want the
object to be. This will instantly move the
selected object to this position. You no
longer need to drag objects across the whole
map.

guys help me out , i need to know how to : - put some
temporary invisible barrier , wich will block you from
going further
You should use the solid tool for this: RollUpBar --> Solid button. Apply
the material Materials/special/collision_proxy_nomaterialset to the
solid. This will make the solid block characters and vehicles but be
invisible in game.

You should use the high budget reinforcement archetype for
reinforcements. The heli aggressive archetype only has a driver and a gunner
seat. You shouldn't use Any in the seat properties of the Vehicle:Enter
nodes. Use Seat03-Seat08 for the six passengers.
